Whilst we work through this uncertainty our priority is the safety of our colleagues and customers.

Until further notice our field sales force will work from home, but will remain in contact with all our valued customers to offer support, technical advice and information about products and supply via phone and email.
Our shops will remain open with the correct measures to mitigate any transfer of virus.
The Web & App “Click & Collect” service can be used with our shops and your goods will be packed and left for you to collect with limited or no need to enter the shop. Please see our website for information on shop locations and opening times.
Ordering On-Line - We would like to take this opportunity to encourage you to sign up to our Online Shop where stock can be checked, orders placed and deliveries tracked.
The most frequently asked question is “will you be able to supply?”. As of today it is business as usual. But we are monitoring the situation with our carriers from Central Europe and our UK distribution carrier – Parcel Force.
From our distribution centres in Germany & Switzerland we have the following update: "As of today we are able to fulfil all orders."
Germany has now lifted the export ban on PPE for the EU. However, suppliers of dust masks, sanitiser gels and eyewear are struggling to meet the increased demand from their customers. Supply will come but, delays are still expected and in some cases into the summer months.
In certain cases, we may be able to source key lines that are not our normal stocks with different packaging. These also may or may not have different specifications to what we normally sell.
Furthermore, in the last days, many countries have implemented entry restrictions. For the time being, these restrictions are imposed for people, not for goods traffic.
For a worst case scenario freight forwarders are currently preparing swap-scenarios to exchange goods at the border to local drivers to avoid quarantine measures for the drivers after border crossing.
We want to assure you we’re working hard to ensure our customers across the UK can safely continue to access key products that are required to keep essential services working throughout this difficult period.
