I’ve forgotten my password, what do I do?
On the login page click forgotten password. Enter your email address and we will send you a temporary password. Once this has been entered, you’ll be prompted to enter your own password.

Am I able to amend my order once it’s submitted?
No. once ‘Submit Order’ is clicked, your order is sent immediately to our warehouse to process for delivery. You cannot then amend or cancel the order.

One of my items went to backorder, can I cancel this line?
Yes. If you do not wish to wait for this item, simply email customerservices@wurth.co.uk stating your account number, name and article that you wish to cancel. Alternatively, give us a call on 03300 555 444

As we have such a wide range of products, please contact us directly so we can give you the most up to date and accurate information on your products.

How do I return unwanted or faulty items?
While we’re sure you’ll be happy with your order, we understand that sometimes you might have second thoughts. To make a return for a refund, please log onto www.wurth.co.uk/returns where instructions can be found on how to return any faulty or unwanted items.
Don’t forget to include in any returns details of why you’ve changed your mind along with any delivery note or invoice

How do I know a promotion code has been accepted?
You will see that the promotional discount has been applied in your basket.

Can I see prices including VAT?
All prices shown on our website are ex VAT, VAT will be applied at checkout.

Can I have my order delivered to a different address?
Yes. There is an opportunity for you to enter the delivery address details on the address page of the checkout. Or, if you are a registered account holder, you can add in additional addresses in ‘My Account’. To protect our customers all orders are subject to standard fraud checks

How does ‘Click and Collect’ work?
Click and Collect option is available to our Würth trade account customers, just follow the process below:
• Sign into your account
• Add your chosen items to shopping basket.
• Choose Click and Collect
• Enter your town/city or postcode
• The 3 closest shops are listed with stock available for each product
• Selects which branch (either the most local or the one with the most items in stock)
• Add an optional order number if applicable
• Click order.
• Once order is placed the delivery note is printed in the selected store and an email confirmation sent to you
• Items are then picked and ready for collection within 60 minute.
• Items which are not available stay in the shopping basket with the option for delivery direct.
• Collect goods from your chosen branch

When can I expect my delivery and how much carriage will I pay?
We always use a next day delivery service, but there are some areas around the country which fall outside this service. Please see our delivery information page for further inforamtion.
Orders under £75 will incur a £6.95 charge for postage and packing.

Will I receive email confirmation of my order?
Yes, you will recieve a confirmation mail of your order. If you do not recieve one, please check ensure we havent fallen into your junk mail.

I live in Northern Ireland, can I order from you?
For all northern ireland customers, we ask that you use our sister company Wurth Ireland. www.wurth.ie

Can I get deliveries to countries outside of the UK?
