Würth UK brings you great performance and quality with their brand new Bronze HSCO Twist Drill Bit Range.
These affordable bronze coated HSCO drill bits are ideally suited for machining steel & stainless steel. Also suitable for general, broad applications in steel up to 1,200 N/mm² and in cast iron.
These bits are self-centring have an extremely robust design and give the user quiet drilling, plus they have a high degree of break resistance plus have a cylindrical shank.
The bronze coating with HSCO offers several advantages particularly drilling in to tough materials like steel, stainless steel & cast iron. Cobalt-infused drill bits already have excellent heat resistance, but the bronze coating further reduces friction and heat build up. In turn extending the service life of the bit and maintaining its sharpness for longer. These bronze coated bits are also easy to distinguish high quality coated bits from standard HSS bits in the tool kit visually also.
