Before You Start

Make sure you've got the following ready before heading to the returns portal. It'll make the process quicker and smoother.

Your delivery note number — this starts with 8 and can be found on the top right of the delivery note that came with your order.

The email address used on your order — the portal will need this to locate your order.

Your order postcode — the postcode the order was delivered to.

Your Goods Return Form — found on the reverse of your delivery note. Fill it out in full, mark your reason for the return, and include it in the box.

How It Works

The return process is handled through Royal Mail's Tracked Returns portal. Here's exactly what to expect at each step.

01

Enter Your Order Details

You'll be asked for your order reference (your delivery note number), the email address on your order, and your postcode. Hit "Find your order" and the system will locate it.

Tip: Your delivery note number starts with 8 and is printed on the top right of the delivery note that came with your products. Enter it in the "Order reference" field.

Step 1: Enter your Würth order reference, email and postcode on the Royal Mail returns portal
02

Review Return Guidelines

Once your order is found, you'll see the return guidelines. Make sure all original packaging and accessories are included, and that everything is securely packed to avoid damage in transit.

Important: Improperly packaged items may not be eligible for return. Take a moment to pack things properly before continuing.

Step 2: Your order is located with return guidelines about packaging
03

Enter Your Contact Details

Enter your name, email and address. Royal Mail only uses these in case they can't deliver the return. You'll also need to confirm your parcel is within the size and weight limits before creating your label.

Size limits: Max weight 20kg. Max parcel size 61 × 46 × 46 cm. Tubes up to 90cm (length + 2× diameter must not exceed 104cm).

Step 3: Enter your name, email, address and confirm parcel size limits
04

Choose How to Return

Once confirmed, you'll get three options for sending your parcel back. You can drop it off using a QR code, book a collection from your door, or print a label at home. Pick whichever suits you best.

Easiest option: Choose "Collect from your door" — Royal Mail will come to your doorstep, office or Safeplace to pick up your parcel. They can even bring the label to you. No printer needed.

Step 4: Return confirmed — choose to drop off, book a collection or print at home
