System upgrade complete — performance issues ongoing
Dear Valued Customer, our planned system upgrade is now complete. However, we are currently experiencing performance issues caused by high user traffic across the Würth Group, which is impacting some of our services.

What this means for you
Placing your orders
You can still place orders online, through your Sales Representative, or via our Internal Consultants. All orders and quotes are being stored securely and will be processed as soon as full system functionality is restored.
Pricing & stock information
Pricing and stock levels shown online are currently static and may not reflect live availability. Live information will be restored as soon as systems return to normal.
Order deliveries
Our warehouse is currently unable to pick orders, which means deliveries will be delayed. We will contact affected customers directly to confirm revised delivery dates.
Speaking to our teams
Our phone lines remain open and our teams are available to help where possible. Some requests — such as copy invoices and live order tracking — may take longer than usual to action.
